Refund policy

We gladly accept exchanges

To make an exchange, you must:

  • Contact us (uriahclearlight@yahoo.com) within 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery. Customers are expected to cover the costs of shipping for the returned item(s)

Condition of exchanged items: 

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If it is found that the item was washed or worn/used heavily, especially outdoors, it will be considered unfit for an exchange. 

We don't accept returns or cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
